Project brief We recently exported HDPE pipes, fittings and valves for a civil engineering project in Botswana. The 160mm HDPE SANS 4427 SABS approved pipes were supplied in various pressure classes to cover a total distance of 13km to replace the existing failing piping infrastructure to supply water to the local community. The pipes are to be installed using a unique trenchless plowing installation method with a minimal construction footprint and low environmental impact.

Project brief Plasti-Tech Piping Systems successfully supplied our largest project to date. We were contracted to supply 19km of 450mm and 200mm SANS 4427 SAPPMA approved HDPE pipes for the Kenmare overland piping project based in Mozambique. Our scope of supply included HDPE pipes, welding of stub and flange pipe ends as well as 4 German manufactured Hurner 500 CNC butt-weld machines.
